Proctoring - Summer Term

Important Proctoring Reminders

  • ⚠️ Please note: Changes are sometimes required throughout the summer. We will post any changes or updates on this site. Please review the schedule for any time or location updates..
  • 📸 Bring a photo ID to any proctoring session you attend.
  • 💻 Bring a fully charged device with you.
  • If any AAPS student needs to check out a device for the summer, please contact the ITD Technology Virtual Help Desk.

All A2 Virtual+ summer term classes include two proctored assessments. These assessments must be completed in person under the supervision of an A2V+ staff member.

Proctoring Requirements:
📅 Deadline: All assessments must be completed by the last proctoring session on July 24th

⚠️ Midway Checkpoint: At least one proctored assessment should be completed by July 10th

🪪 Students must bring photo ID with them to proctoring. 

Students must attend a designated proctoring sessions to complete these assessments. (Student can choose the sessions that work best for their schedule.)

🔹 Details on which assessments will be proctored will be available in Schoology on the first day of the term.

🔹 Remote Proctoring is not available during the summer term.
