I have been teaching Online Fitness, Blended Online Fitness and traditional classroom courses in Ann Arbor for the past 11 years. My office is at Community High School in Ann Arbor. I enjoy Crossfit, running and creating free fitness opportunities for students, staff and families. I want to help students create balance and make fitness a lifestyle.
