Flexible online learning with AAPS teacher support
A2 Virtual+ Academy is Ann Arbor Public Schools’ online learning program for students in grades 6–12. Students can take a full online schedule or combine A2 Virtual+ classes with courses taken in their school building.
Our courses are designed to be flexible, student-centered, and supportive. Students work through online coursework with guidance from AAPS teachers, mentors, counselors, and building support staff.

Online learning provides flexibility, but students are still responsible for following A2 Virtual+ expectations, completing required proctored assessments, participating in weekly attendance check-ins, and reviewing program policies.
